Neotec saw n8105

I have cut around 300 feet of logs into live edge wood slabs 2 " thick.i am very happy with My 105 cc saw ,has plenty of power.I give this saw 5 stars and for the money you can't beat it .I have tested this saw .very good machine. For me its hard to get too the chain tension screw when the saw is mounted in my lumber maker, and the gas cap wants to cross thread I am just carefull when putting it on.I would definitely recomend this saw.

Instruction manual lacks a little for me.. wish it had primer bulb.. hard to restart after running out of fuel.. replacing the bar clamp nuts.. ordered from amazon.. common for most saws i think from over torque.. seems ok other than that but only 3 hours running

So far so good.

Needed an extra saw on the job. These are very cheap(cost that is). So far feels and sounds like my husky. Will see how long it last.No complaints at this time.

FAQS

Cold Start
  1. Add fuel (fuel mixing ratio: 25:1).
  2. Close the choke. If the machine is equipped with a primer bulb, press it 3–5 times until the bulb is filled with fuel.
  3. Pull the starter rope 3–5 times.
  4. After hearing two “coughing” sounds,
  5. Open the choke.
  6. Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
Hot Start
  1. Open the choke.
  2. Pull the starter rope to start the machine.

The issue may be caused by an incorrect fuel mixture, spark plug problems, or a clogged carburetor.

  1. Check whether the fuel mixing ratio is 25:1. If not, adjust the fuel mixture to 25:1.
  2. Check whether the fuel line is bent or blocked.
  3. Check whether the spark plug is sparking properly.
  4. Check whether the engine is flooded.
  5. Check whether there is a carburetor malfunction.
  1. Confirm whether the spark plug is producing a spark: Remove the spark plug, connect it to the ignition coil, and place the spark plug electrode in contact with a metal part of the machine. Pull the starter rope and observe whether the spark plug produces a spark during starting.
  2. Check the electrode gap. The correct gap is 0.5–0.7 mm (approximately the thickness of a credit card).
  3. Clean oil residue and debris from the surface of the spark plug.
  4. If the engine still does not start after completing the above steps, replace the spark plug with a new one.
  5. Check whether the high-voltage wire (ignition coil lead) is damaged.
  1. Remove the spark plug.
  2. Turn the machine upside down.
  3. Pull the starter rope.
  4. Drain the excess fuel from the cylinder.
  1. Remove the air filter.
  2. Use an air blower to remove dust or debris from the air filter.
  3. If it cannot be cleaned or has been used for a long time, replace the air filter.
