Got saw in good condition. Unboxed , checked the tightness of the cylinder and muffler bolts. Gassed the saw, tuned the carb and made a few test cuts. Seems to be a decent saw. Look forward to getting some hours on it this winter. A good buy for the money.

Was a bad start but adjusted the carb and got it to purrr.
Use an induction tac. Then backed off on High speed needle. 8 cords later it surpassed the new MS 250s I have seen. Plastic is good. Had a log pile slip and buried me and the saw. Got to the saw and with two pulls and off we went Bar very good quality and so is chain. I showed no no mercy when cutting. Easy on gas. This put the Echo to shame. I have used just about everything and recommend this saw. Easy carb adjustment. Pull the rubber protection sleeve out and adjust then it goes back in easily.

For the price its a good all around saw

I was questioning getting this saw or the 60cc but I fatigue easy so I wanted a lighter saw. I went with this one based on the reviews and was not disappointed. First 4 trees I cut up were all in the 16-20” diameter range and 60-90ft tall. It had plenty of power and ran amazing while still being light enough to keep going without fatigue. Very happy

This is a Stihl ms250 clone saw.
This one comes with a rim sprocket, good chain, good bar, adjustable carburetor, gutted muffler.
For the $125 price range, it's a deal.
Don't let a bad review deter you on this one, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
I don't think there is a better homeowner saw that a ms250 Stihl.
Turn h screw in till it screams and enjoy.
Only complaint is the gas and oil cap retainer cord does not stay locked on its spot

This chainsaw gets a 5 star rating for price, quality, easy to start, ran well, strong motor and great chain. Comes with everything you need except fuel to start right in.

The saw started out of the box. Very impressive with the power. Crisp response, I used it for 2.5 hours before the muffler fell apart. Still looking for parts. The next day the vendor credited me. Oh, it oil leaks slightly, but so does my piece of garbage Stihl. I bought another one I liked it so much. I call it mt Nehow Tec. If you buy one. Tighten everything. Its a little animal. I can't believe it. Hope it lasts long enough.

Great saw for the price

After tuning the carburetor and opening up the exhaust a little bit. See pictures of exhaust. Chainsaw runs really well cuts really fast and very pleased with this purchase.

I do have to say it did not run super well right out of the box it idled good but in the wood, it did not have a lot of power until tuning the carburetor. also on the side of the air filter cover, it tells you the turns out on the carburetor settings. Those are not correct even at a starting point. It did not run well with those settings.

Would definitely recommend this saw to others, but the understanding that you’re gonna have to tune the carburetor.

Great light weight saw

Shipping was fast and it arrived in excellent condition. It was very simple to assemble and started on the fourth pull. After a quick carb adjustment on the high side it became quite the little ripper. I would recommend this saw to anyone looking for a chainsaw that doesn't require one that's above 60cc. This feels like it has similar power to my 55cc OEM saw and it's only 46. Again couldn't recommend it enough.

I got this chainsaw to do smaller-ish work around my property.

Last night, I did the first start and it was 11 degrees F outside. 5th pull unprimed and it started out of the box. Today it was in the high 20's and now that it's primed, it started on the 2nd pull. I didn't have to touch the carb. I always run my new saws a little fat and at 35:1 for the first three tanks. There is some conflicting information that comes with the saw. The tag on the saw says 50:1 but the manual says 40:1. I'd stick with 40:1. The carb is a little fat from the factory so it will need a retune after I'm done breaking it in.

This thing runs great. It's got great power, the chain is nice and sharp, and it rips through pine like butter. I think it rips harder than my modded 46cc of another brand. The biggest stump I cut today was about 12" and I only bogged it once. I worked it for about 2 hours on a bunch of pine trees that are getting unsafe and I only went through 1.5 tanks of gas. It seems to feed the chain oil a bit slow but that may be because it's cold outside. I barely had to go to full throttle. Only when I was cutting the stumps.

It's a great size and weight. I could easily climb with this if I need to, and I probably will. It's not much heavier than the 25cc top handle I normally use for climbing. It's super easy to handle because of its size and weight.

The bar is plenty stiff. It doesn't walk or wobble. The chain is nice and sharp and it creates piles of chips in a hurry.

I gotta say I love this saw. It's the perfect everything for its size. A super bonus is all 025/MS250 parts fit it. It's got an A074 tail piece bar so those are super easy to get anywhere. It really is a superb saw for a fraction of the price of the saw it is a clone of. I highly recommend this saw to anyone looking for a little workhorse that can do big work.

Just put in three tanks of gas in one day and it processed firewood very well. Plenty of power. The oil filler cap is difficult to seal, a Stihl design that sucks. I'll update on long term use in a few months.Im considering purchasing another if it holds up to regular farm use.

Great little saw. I have the original version this is modeled after and I do believe this one seems to have the same fit and finish. It started quickly after a few pulls after gas was added. Idled nicely. Carb was tuned a little rich for my conditions, but was very usable. Chain was very sharp. First cuts were everything I expected. I look forward to using this saw more.

Bought this to replace a 35 year old Stihl. Wasn't expecting much but have been pleasantly surprised by how well it runs and the power. Was cutting eucalyptus which tends to dull chains fairly quickly and it is still sharp. Would buy another if and when I need to. And at a fraction of the price comparatively.

I think this is one of the best deals I ever got from Amazon. This saw was so complete and well-made and the price was very good. And Amazon gave me some kind of unexpected coupon that almost cut the price in half. I think this may be one of the nicest little saws I’ve ever got, and I have owned over a dozen chainsaws. It does seem to be a little heavy, but that is not a big drawback in this case. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

So far it's great! I have only ran one tank of fuel through it which was all at one time. It ran great and has lots of power and its a light saw. The chain is nice and sharp. It will be used consistently for firewood. More updates to come. 4 star rating is only because I've only used it once so far.
