Designed Specifically for Neotec 52cc Gas Weed Wacker
Engineered to perfectly match the original engine structure of Neotec 52cc gas weed trimmers. Ensures precise compatibility with the crankshaft, flywheel, and housing, preventing installation failures or potential damage due to model mismatch.

One-Click Engine Restart for Effortless Operation
Utilizes recoil starter technology where pulling the rope engages the starter pulley, rapidly igniting the engine. Restores instant one-pull starting capability—even if the original rope snapped or pulley jammed—significantly boosting work efficiency.

Industrial-Grade Durability: Anti-Fracture & Weather-Resistant
Core components feature high-carbon steel springs and nylon-reinforced ropes, rigorously tested over 10,000+ pull cycles with zero deformation. Housing utilizes oil-resistant engineering polymer that withstands gasoline corrosion and outdoor UV degradation, extending service life.

FAQS

Cold Start
  1. Add fuel (fuel mixing ratio: 25:1).
  2. Close the choke. If the machine is equipped with a primer bulb, press it 3–5 times until the bulb is filled with fuel.
  3. Pull the starter rope 3–5 times.
  4. After hearing two “coughing” sounds,
  5. Open the choke.
  6. Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
Hot Start
  1. Open the choke.
  2. Pull the starter rope to start the machine.

The issue may be caused by an incorrect fuel mixture, spark plug problems, or a clogged carburetor.

  1. Check whether the fuel mixing ratio is 25:1. If not, adjust the fuel mixture to 25:1.
  2. Check whether the fuel line is bent or blocked.
  3. Check whether the spark plug is sparking properly.
  4. Check whether the engine is flooded.
  5. Check whether there is a carburetor malfunction.
  1. Confirm whether the spark plug is producing a spark: Remove the spark plug, connect it to the ignition coil, and place the spark plug electrode in contact with a metal part of the machine. Pull the starter rope and observe whether the spark plug produces a spark during starting.
  2. Check the electrode gap. The correct gap is 0.5–0.7 mm (approximately the thickness of a credit card).
  3. Clean oil residue and debris from the surface of the spark plug.
  4. If the engine still does not start after completing the above steps, replace the spark plug with a new one.
  5. Check whether the high-voltage wire (ignition coil lead) is damaged.
  1. Remove the spark plug.
  2. Turn the machine upside down.
  3. Pull the starter rope.
  4. Drain the excess fuel from the cylinder.
  1. Remove the air filter.
  2. Use an air blower to remove dust or debris from the air filter.
  3. If it cannot be cleaned or has been used for a long time, replace the air filter.
