When will my order ship & How long to arrive?

After you have successfully placed your order with neotecworlds.com. Your order will be confirmed within 1-3 days business days and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

Orders shipped through the ground usually take 3-5 business days to deliver upon dispatch, if you do not receive it during this time frame, just contact us  and we'll help you with that.

We offer free shipping for all orders in United States and Australia, Canada.

Change of address

Cancel order which is on the way

We can't cancel the order once it is on the way. In the event that you really want to cancel the order, please visit our Return and refund policy page Return and Refund Policy.

PO boxes and parcel lockers address!

Please note, that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Not received a package?

We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 30 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
