Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically vary by region:

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • No processing or dispatch occurs on weekends or public holidays.

  • Please note that high-demand periods (holidays/sales events) may cause slight processing delays.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. International Shipping & Duties

We proudly ship worldwide. However, please keep the following in mind for international orders:

  • These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We highly recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed fee structures before placing an order.


6. Potential Shipping Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, unexpected transit delays may occasionally occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is completely correct at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be modified or redirected once they have been shipped.

  • If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at service@neotecworld.com. We will do our absolute best to update it before dispatch.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery time/estimated delivery date.

We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a prompt replacement or suitable solution.
