Search using a keyword, NEOTEC’s item number, brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse by department to shop NEOTEC’s large selection of items.

Step 1: Click the "Track order" on the top navigation bar, then enter your email address and your tracking number which we sent to you when your product was shipped out. Click the button of Track Order below to confirm the status of your order.

We usually spend 5-7 days on delivery.

Total delivery time = Heading Time(2-3 business days) + Transit Time(3-4 business days).

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.The processing time varies based on the items you buy.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Local shipping and pickup is free in the United States. We only ship international orders to Canada and Australia. Local Canadian and Australian can be shipped and picked up for free.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyNeotec’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases.

Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel.

Select a reason for cancellation and then select Yes, Cancel. You’ll receive an email with the updated order information shortly after.

All items purchased from Neotec are made under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. With that said, we're in the business of making happy customers, and we will work overtime to resolve issues with carriers.

If there is a problem with your order, for example, the goods you received were defective or in the wrong quantity. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving any defect and we will deal with it as soon as possible.

Warranty & Refund

Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your outdoor power equipment supplies for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for free and we will refund you or replace them. Send an email to service@neotecworld.com to begin the return process.

Our payment processor, Shopify, processes refunds within 10 days. Most customers receive their refunds within 5 days.

No, there are no restocking fees or return shipping charges with a couple of exceptions.

One Year limited warranty. A full refund guarantee can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We provide one year for the maintenance warranty.
