Neo-Tech 895 Chainsaw is a very powerful, yet affordable professional Arborist level tool!! Made sure to get the correct 40:1 ratio fuel mix using Castrol Super Snowmobile 2T! First cuts were done using a 20” Echo Timber-Wolf bar / chain combo. The power head required 20+ starter pulls; definitely with the compression relief button “activated”. Otherwise, get Gorilla strength arms, or something…
I am very impressed with my new Neotec NH895. I checked every part and every screw on this saw. I had no issues with anything being loose or loosening after running 3 full tanks thru it. It cranks on first pull after the pre start with the choke. Runs great, has plenty of power. Now there was an issue with removing the rim sprocket, which has to do with the manufacturer using a threadlocker or loctite on the threads. Just needs to be heated with a heat gun before using an impact to remove.
To sum up, saw runs very well, plenty of power, wonderful customer support, and the Price. Extremely satisfied at the moment, Will continue to update review and I would recommend it to my friends at this time.
I ordered this saw and had it to my door in 4 days. It was simple to put together! No tuning straight out of the box. I ran 25/1 for break in. It's a great strong running saw. The pull start did begin to slip so I contacted Neotec and they reimbursed me for the new part within two days! It has been great ever since! Would highly recommend this saw and this brand! If I need another saw it will definitely be a Neotec!

Ordered this because of the price point. I couldnt justify spending a ton of money on a saw i will only use 3 or 4 times a year. I got the 94cc with the 42inch bar. Great saw no problem. Already used it to drop a 4ft across tree.
Overall I'm happy with the saw the only issue I've had after several weeks of running it and multiple tanks of gas is that the pull starter broke it was an easy fix and was completed in the field so I didn't have to stop for the day and lose money I'm about to fill out a claim form to get a new one on the way so we'll see how that process goes but overall good saw plenty of power worth every dollar I definitely recommend it.....

I processed two massive oaks , one was 67 inches through center and the other was 8 feet at the branch structure, yes 8 feet!!! So i ran my new 395 extremly hard with the 28 in bar fully buried in all direction, cross cut , rip cut and milling.
The saw new out of the box needed a small Carb adjustment which woke the saw up!!
Lock tite EVERYTHING down and I mean everthing!!! Locktite the muffler , the side recoil cover, the top cover, all of it

We put this saw next to our 395xp bucking logs, and the performance is comparable. It doesn't seem to rev as high as the 395xp. We have 100 hours of cut time on the saw with no issues. We are running a 28" .050 set up. Great saw for someone who is getting into cutting. Fit and finish is good, the fasteners and plastic are not as refined as the 395, but not horrible. Has a better air cleaner than 395.
So far so good. It put on a full handle bar from my 394xp carcass. I put on a 36in bar and stumped several 40in + yellow pine. sounds like a Husky and runs just fine. I would buy other neotech products without hesitation

So fare its have lived up to my expectations. Im running a 42" bar and it has power and speed. Im in whiteoak right now so it being put to the rest.

Nice saw…Runs good and cuts just as good…only issue I have found is that oil filter pickup screen is a little light and line doesn’t stay in oil when saw is turned on its side.
I'd give it 5 stars, but the bar tensioner already broke. Otherwise it's good. It has the power I need and I have been pleased.

I bought this just because I wanted a big saw! I have a 72 cc chainsaw but this one is bigger! This one is 94 cc that’s smaller than my first motorcycle! It looks like a really good saw starts right up and seems to be fine! Hopefully it continues to run great!
I thought i would take a chance with this saw and I was really impressed once i received it. Started right up and has plenty of good power. Ran with Alaskan saw mill and was very smooth. Definatley a good buy especially at the price.
Added gas and oil and it started right up. It has a lot more power than I expected.

The plastic feels good it started right up and cuts really good had only one issue so far and was chain tensioner I’m completely happy with this purchase I was not expecting it to do as good as it has

Very good looking saw! Hit on the 7th or 8th pull out of the box. Haven’t got to use yet but it sounds mean. Hopefully this will be a good buy. Only time will tell. Shipping went like it was supposed to.
Cut through 48inch tree no problem cranks easy, seems to be a good buy, burnt a couple tanks of gas so far no problem

Lots of power through three tanks
Bought this saw because I dropped a tree on my 392 Husqvarna and could not stomach pain $1400 for a new one that only used twice a year so I took a gamble and bought this one and it is every bit as good as my Husqvarna I’m down two trees one 60 inches and diameter across the step and the other one inches in diameter across the trunk and also process them it performed flawlessly. Full disclosure on all of my car engines. I run qv gas because it is the most stable fuel we can get now

Cold Start
- Add fuel (fuel mixing ratio: 25:1).
- Close the choke. If the machine is equipped with a primer bulb, press it 3–5 times until the bulb is filled with fuel.
- Pull the starter rope 3–5 times.
- After hearing two “coughing” sounds,
- Open the choke.
- Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
Hot Start
- Open the choke.
- Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
The issue may be caused by an incorrect fuel mixture, spark plug problems, or a clogged carburetor.
- Check whether the fuel mixing ratio is 25:1. If not, adjust the fuel mixture to 25:1.
- Check whether the fuel line is bent or blocked.
- Check whether the spark plug is sparking properly.
- Check whether the engine is flooded.
- Check whether there is a carburetor malfunction.
- Confirm whether the spark plug is producing a spark: Remove the spark plug, connect it to the ignition coil, and place the spark plug electrode in contact with a metal part of the machine. Pull the starter rope and observe whether the spark plug produces a spark during starting.
- Check the electrode gap. The correct gap is 0.5–0.7 mm (approximately the thickness of a credit card).
- Clean oil residue and debris from the surface of the spark plug.
- If the engine still does not start after completing the above steps, replace the spark plug with a new one.
- Check whether the high-voltage wire (ignition coil lead) is damaged.
- Remove the spark plug.
- Turn the machine upside down.
- Pull the starter rope.
- Drain the excess fuel from the cylinder.
- Remove the air filter.
- Use an air blower to remove dust or debris from the air filter.
- If it cannot be cleaned or has been used for a long time, replace the air filter.
