Plastic is cheap but the saw is dependable and strong. Can’t go wrong with it, especially for the price.
So far so good. I received this saw, checked it over, and did the break-in period. I'm 6 tanks in, tuned the carb and now she rips
I bought a ns892 head w/full wrap handlebar W/o bar and chain. after reading reviews and I was still skeptical because the price was too good to be true. . The only problem was they sent me a Saw with a top handle rather than a full wrap handlebar. I emailed them, and they immediately took action and sent out a full wrap handlebar at no cost making everything right. ( nowadays we all know that a lot of people can give a crap less once you buy something) but not these guys. They have absolutely Great customer service .)They were easy to communicate with. They were prompt on the responses within six hours.. give or take with a different time zone. But I will not complain.
I’m running a 36” Oregon bar so Today I fired the Saw up and was cutting 38 inch oak rounds like butter. I absolutely love the saw and plan on purchasing a couple more of their products. Great customer service and great product.
This saw is a beast! I mill logs on a Norwood pm14 chainsaw mill and this saw was perfect! Comes with proflow air filter which keeps fines out of the intake! If you are looking for a awesome ms660 clone this is it!!!
How do you ship a "combo" with no bar!?

Hopefully I get this resolved. The chainsaw itself was packaged well and there's no damage.
We purchases the saw, bar, and chain combo. We recieved the saw. Which is useless without the rest that we paid for. Have called multiple times spoke with soemone one day they said they would make a ticket. Called two days later same person answered said he would escalate it. Have called every day since no one will answer. Have emailed the email they say to use for fastest service 5 times not a single reply so I guess we are just out the money. It looks like it would be a good saw. Wish we would of got the rest of it to try out. We ordered this 6/5/26. Beware if you order and are missing parts u cant get any answers. Cant even get my money back for what was never shipped. We were really looking forward to trying this out

Great saw. Starts easy and plenty of power! Sthil compatible parts and bars. Exceeded my expectations!
I bought the saw to be used with my chainsaw sawmill. It worked on the second pull out of the box flawlessly.
Initial setup lacks step be step instructions for important items to look for beyond installing the handle. That said the ns892v that I received was great. Air filter sealed nice. The cylinder and rings looked good through the exhaust port and plug was gapped correctly. Initial start up with 30:1 mix only required 4 pulls to full choke burp and then two more to start. The decompression button does work. Chain tensioner worked although gritty. Bar oiler adjustment was very difficult to turn and probably will require some additional work or after market high flow oiler to increase to oil for 28”+ bar.
Overall initial impressions is high. No insight into true long term durability.
Started fifth pull out of box. All the big saw I will ever need. Write your order number down in the instructions book. Customer service references this number to begin remedies. They have always responded and sent parts needed. All other saws run well. I will purchase from company again. Watch for coupon and other deals and sales.
This chainsaw is almost identical to the 660. The power is crazy and I hope the prices stay down like they are. I hope to buy saws from here from now on

Has been a great saw so far.
Fired right up ran only 3 tanks through it .I have 48 to 54 red oak logs cut through easily from both sides .did not have to adjust hi lo and throttle .Will adjust when I change to 40:1gas mix .I will see how it does after a few months use.

I was worried about getting the chainsaw,but it showed up and its awesome so far. I'll buy another smaller one next time.It came with ear muffs gloves and safety glasses too.

Was easy to install and blade quality is good and makes nice clean cuts. Purchase the Makita 14 inch chainsaw which was $150 cheaper than the 16-in model and then this for around $35 to upgrade the 14 to the 16. Great value.

The metal on the bar is a little weak but for the $ you can’t beat it. I have sharpened the chain several times and still cutting great
Runs good cuts well with the 36inch bar. Had a little trouble with the chain brake - it stopped engaging so I took the cover off thinking I might have to replace something. But I squirted the inertial mechanism's joint with a little WD-40 and now it is working as it should. Tuning the carburetor is not that difficult. It would be better if it came with better instructions on how to put it together. Otherwise I'm happy with it so far at this early stage. I did try to contact customer service a couple of times but I have yet to receive a response. Neotec could really work on their customer service.

Cold Start
- Add fuel (fuel mixing ratio: 25:1).
- Close the choke. If the machine is equipped with a primer bulb, press it 3–5 times until the bulb is filled with fuel.
- Pull the starter rope 3–5 times.
- After hearing two “coughing” sounds,
- Open the choke.
- Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
Hot Start
- Open the choke.
- Pull the starter rope to start the machine.
The issue may be caused by an incorrect fuel mixture, spark plug problems, or a clogged carburetor.
- Check whether the fuel mixing ratio is 25:1. If not, adjust the fuel mixture to 25:1.
- Check whether the fuel line is bent or blocked.
- Check whether the spark plug is sparking properly.
- Check whether the engine is flooded.
- Check whether there is a carburetor malfunction.
- Confirm whether the spark plug is producing a spark: Remove the spark plug, connect it to the ignition coil, and place the spark plug electrode in contact with a metal part of the machine. Pull the starter rope and observe whether the spark plug produces a spark during starting.
- Check the electrode gap. The correct gap is 0.5–0.7 mm (approximately the thickness of a credit card).
- Clean oil residue and debris from the surface of the spark plug.
- If the engine still does not start after completing the above steps, replace the spark plug with a new one.
- Check whether the high-voltage wire (ignition coil lead) is damaged.
- Remove the spark plug.
- Turn the machine upside down.
- Pull the starter rope.
- Drain the excess fuel from the cylinder.
- Remove the air filter.
- Use an air blower to remove dust or debris from the air filter.
- If it cannot be cleaned or has been used for a long time, replace the air filter.
